・作品はひとつひとつ手編み・手刺繍で仕上げているため、個体差がありますことをご了承くださいませ。また、サイズ表記には多少の誤差がありますことをご了承ください。

・お使いの端末や閲覧環境により、写真と実物の色味や質感が多少異なって見えることがございます。ご質問、不明な点は、必ずご購入前にご連絡ください。

・刺繍糸は繊細で、絶妙な糸の引き具合で作品の表情を出しています。引っ掛かりや摩擦、水濡れなどのダメージには十分お気をつけください。ベースに籐(ラタン)、裏地に革を使っている作品は湿気にも弱いので、乾燥した風通しのよいところで保管してください。

・ブローチピン、ピアス金具や丸カンなどの小さなパーツを使用しております。お子様の手の届きにくいところで保管し、取扱にも十分にお気をつけください。

・返品・交換は基本的にご遠慮頂いております。

・1点1点丁寧に刺繍しておりますが、ハンドメイド品ということをご理解いただいた上でのご購入をお願い致します。

・当ブランドの商品の営利目的での購入・転売は禁止です。オークションやフリマアプリで第三者に転売する行為はおやめください。転売目的であると判断した場合、ご購入後であってもキャンセルさせていただくことがございます。

・複数の作品を1つのカートに入れた場合、1回のみ送料が加算されます。作品を数回に分けてご注文された場合、それぞれのカートに送料が加算されますのでご注意ください。(申し訳ありませんが、システムの関係上送料の返金は致しかねます。ご了承ください。)

-The embroidery thread is delicate, and the exquisite tension of the thread brings out the expression of the work. Please be careful about damage such as snagging, friction, and water getting wet. Items that use rattern as a base and leather as a lining are susceptible to moisture, so please store them in a dry and well-ventilated place.

- Small parts such as brooch pins, earrings, and jump rings are used. Please store it in a place that is hard to reach from children and handle with care.

・As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

・Although each piece is carefully embroidered, please understand that this is a handmade item before purchasing.

・Purchase or resale of this brand's products for commercial purposes is prohibited. Please refrain from reselling to third parties through auctions or flea market apps. If we determine that the purchase is for resale, we may cancel the purchase even after purchase.

- If you add multiple items to one cart, shipping charges will be added only once. Please note that if you order multiple items, shipping charges will be added to each cart. (We apologize, but due to system issues, we are unable to refund shipping charges. Thank you for your understanding.)
